Member listings are intended to be publicly visible when active.
Public listing information may include the member’s name, company name, location, contact information, website, services, self-reported credentials, self-reported licenses, self-reported business qualifications, and self-reported capabilities.
Members should not submit information they do not want displayed publicly.
When an individual’s listing is covered by an active company-sponsored seat, the sponsoring company’s name is displayed publicly as part of the individual’s listing. An optional company role or title may also be displayed when provided. This affiliation is not private or hideable while the company-sponsored seat is active.
If the individual confirms a transfer to another company, the former public affiliation is replaced by the destination company’s affiliation. The company affiliation is removed when the company-sponsored relationship ends.
9. Sharing Information
We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, such as:
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud for hosting, authentication, database, and related infrastructure.
- Cloudflare for security, abuse prevention, Turnstile verification, and payment-related Worker infrastructure.
- Authorize.Net for payment processing, including payment methods offered through its checkout.
- Email, domain, technical support, or communication providers as needed to operate the website and respond to users or members.
These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services, support website functionality, protect against abuse, process payments, maintain records, or comply with legal obligations.

I Need An Arborist does not sell public users’ contact information as shared leads to multiple companies.
Companies and invited individuals receive the limited information necessary to create, review, accept, reject, transfer, revoke, or end a company-sponsored seat relationship. A company dashboard may show information such as the invited email address, optional role or title, invitation status, and active assignment status. Sponsoring a seat does not give the company access to the individual’s unrelated private account information, personal payment history, or unrelated listings.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
I Need An Arborist does not directly collect or store full credit card numbers. Payment information is collected and processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy policies.
I Need An Arborist does not track users across third-party websites for targeted advertising.

Private invitation, seat, membership, affiliation, transaction, notification, and reconciliation records may be retained when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including administration, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, legal compliance, and business recordkeeping.
